I was a student radiographer at the Westminster Hospital from 1968-1971. A group of us used to attend the Folk Club in the crypt on Sunday evenings, which was a gtreat night out.
We also saw a production called ‘Alive!’ in early 1971. I think we went a couple of times and I bought the LP, which I still have. (Just looked in the sleeve and there is a programme with all the dialogue and songs. The LP was on sale ‘for about £1.00’!
Nowadays when I’m up in London the Crypt Cafe is one of my favourite places for coffee and lunch.
It brings back lots of good memories.
