The St Martin-in-the-Fields Trust sustains and strengthens the life and mission of our church, caring for its centuries-old heritage and supporting worship, music and community at the heart of London.
The St Martin-in-the-Fields Trust (charity number 1110406) raises funds for all aspects of St Martin-in-the-Fields, supporting the daily operations and long-term vision of the church. We also champion a wide range of social and community projects run here, including theology and faith-based communities, advocacy for disability and inclusivity in worship, lecture series, the St Martin-in-the-Fields Archive, and our work with people experiencing homelessness and those seeking connection and support.
Your support for St Martin-in-the-Fields Trust makes all of this possible. Please help us continue caring for our building and heritage by supporting today.

Values we Believe in
At the heart of our work lies a commitment to doing good, in every way we can.
The Wider Kindness
We have a phrase at St Martin’s – ’the wider kindness’. It’s a way of describing that divine, golden energy that links us all together. Sometimes we need to draw some compassion from the wider kindness, and sometimes we do something that feeds into it.
Saying Yes
We have a history of saying yes to people in need and to confronting the challenges of our time. Our response has always been a sustainable institution that nurtures creativity and fortifies human relationships.
Shared Ground
St Martin’s is more than a building, it’s a centre of ideas and of vibrant, diverse communities. Sharing ground – physically and philosophically – are four charities, a social enterprise, a day centre for people experiencing rough sleeping, stages, musicians in rehearsal rooms, a café, shop, dance floor, chapel and a church beloved for its ever-open door.
