TCS London Marathon 2027 – Charity Places

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your application for a charity place with St Martin-in-the-Fields Trust

By completing this application form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and fully agree to these terms and conditions.

1. I understand that completing this form does not guarantee me a place in the 2027 TCS London Marathon, and that I will be contacted separately if my application is successful. St Martin-in-the-Fields Trust will inform you of the outcome of the application no later than August 2026.
2. If accepted, I agree to pay the registration fee of £50 to secure my place. Payment will not be taken if my application is unsuccessful. Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event or product or person.
3. I understand that if accepted for a St Martin-in-the-Fields Trust 2027 TCS London Marathon place, I am undertaking to raise a minimum of £2,500 in sponsorship (including Gift Aid), all of which will be donated to St Martin-in-the-Fields Trust.
4. I confirm that I will be 18 years of age by the date of the 2027 TCS London Marathon and that, to the best of my knowledge, my general state of health and fitness is good and I take full responsibility for my training.
